Meet Zirkea – a dedicated and multilingual team member who speaks two languages fluently, with German as her home language. Since beginning her real estate career in 2010, Zirkea has built a strong reputation for her attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and commitment to client service. She holds a Certificate and Diploma in Property Services, equipping her with solid industry knowledge and practical expertise.

Zirkea has been a valued member of the Caribbean Homes team for over four years, during which she has continued to demonstrate her professionalism and care in managing our property portfolio. She is known for her exceptional listening skills, strong negotiation abilities, and the trusted relationships she builds with owners and tenants. She always focuses on creating a smooth, stress-free experience for all parties.

Outside work, Zirkea enjoys quality time with her loved ones, playing hockey, and getting creative in her craft room, where she makes personalised gifts. She is also actively involved in her local sporting community.

Her mantra – “Be the change you wish to see in the world and treat others how you would like to be treated” – reflects her compassionate nature and dedication to making a positive impact.
